    As an executive coach I draw from three primary areas of skill and experience:

    • 30 + years providing consultation and therapy as a clinical psychologist

    • 15 + years as Executive Leader, including as a university president

    • Global intercultural perspective having worked on five continents

    My approach utilizes a life span development perspective. This model provides a helpful way to both reflect on the past and look to the future as you envision your own career trajectory.   

    I will guide you through a systematic analysis of the intersection of several key areas:  values, thinking processes, emotions, behaviors, and relationships using the SOS Model. This will become a treasure assessment tool you can continue to utilize as a self check throughout your leadership journey.    

    We will focus on both strengths as well as areas of growth as a leader. You will find me to be both empathetic and practical in supporting you on your career journey.
