Confidentiality and Privacy:
Your confidentiality and privacy are of utmost importance to me.
Written communication to clients is through encrypted email compliant with HIPAA.
Therapy and coaching services are delivered using a secure HIPAA compliant telehealth server.
The only conditions in which I am required to break confidentiality are in compliance with relevant state statues. These may include: (1) when a client has expressed the intent to harm oneself; (2) as required by a court order; (3) compliance with child and elder abuse reporting statutes.
Initial Consultation:
The initial 20 minute consultation is complementary.
Fees:
Rates are available upon request
Fees are payable at the time of service.
Payment is accepted electronically through: direct debit, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Applepay, and Paypal.
Cancellation must be at least 24 hours in advance of the session or you will be charged for the full session.
Insurance:
Most of my clients prefer to utilize exclusively self pay to protect confidentiality as no third parties such as insurance are involved. If however you elect to utilize your insurance for therapy I can provide you with a bill with the date services were rendered.
