You have devoted your life and career to the service of others and  given it your all.   And now, you feel burned out, exhausted, angry, depressed, alone…

We are all  impacted by life experiences such as the intensity of a high demand career.  Whether it is the pressure cooker and isolation of executive leadership roles or the relentless demands of work, it takes a huge toll.  

Sometimes the issues have their beginnings in childhood and stem from relationships with our families.

What is the process?

Feeling a bit nervous when you start therapy is normal. You will find me to be an empathic collaborative therapist ready to support you on your journey. 

We start the work together by establishing a safe trusting space. During the first few sessions I’ll help you identify the issues you want to address. 

Insight Oriented Therapy is most effective when sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis, however, we will schedule sessions based on what works for you.  

The duration of therapy depends on your presenting concerns and the pace that is comfortable for you.  A typical course of therapy is three to six months while some of my clients find it helpful to continue in more long term therapy. 

Typical Outcomes

You gain insights into what has been causing your distress and a reduction in your symptoms. You will develop strategies on how to approach new challenges that emerge in your life and  the capacity for more meaningful loving relationships with others.

Executive Coaching on Career Transition

I will guide you through a systematic analysis of the intersection of several key areas:  values, thinking processes, emotions, behaviors, and relationships using the SOS Model. This will become a treasure assessment tool you can continue to utilize as a self check throughout your leadership journey.    

We will focus on both strengths as well as areas of growth as a leader. You will find me to be both empathetic and practical in supporting you on your career journey.
