This process includes interviews with leadership and key personnel to gain an understanding of the concerns as well as a review of organizational values and mission.
Assessment of Need
I draw upon my expertise as a clinical psychologist, executive leader and intercultural perspective to ensure that the plan builds upon the strengths of the individuals and is in alignment with organizational mission and values.
Development of a Tailored Plan Forward
This can include a series of workshops, individual coaching and team coaching.
Implementation of the Plan
At the completion of the program, together we conduct an assessment of outcomes of the consultation.
