Where I can see clients
I am licensed to practice psychology in New Jersey and New York. I also hold the PSYPACT credential, which authorizes me to provide telepsychology to clients located in 43 additional states, districts and territories.
What PSYPACT is
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, or PSYPACT, is an agreement between states that allows a psychologist to provide telepsychology across state lines.
Before it existed, a psychologist generally had to hold a license in your state to work with you. PSYPACT means that where you live no longer decides whether we can work together, as long as your state participates.
My Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) number is 21359.
Where that applies
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Executive coaching is different
Coaching is not a licensed clinical service, so it is not limited by state lines. I provide executive coaching to clients throughout the United States and Canada, and globally.
If your state is not listed
Two things are still open to you. Coaching is available anywhere. And states are added regularly, so it is worth asking.
Which state counts
What matters is where you are physically located during our sessions, not where you are from, or where you are licensed, or where your insurance is based. If you move, or you travel for long stretches, tell me and we will sort out what is possible.
How sessions are delivered
All sessions are provided online, to you in the comfort of your home or office, through a secure HIPAA compliant server. You can read more in my Policies and Practices.
